Cancellation charges depend on how much notice you give and on the individual policies of hotels, airlines and activity operators included in your booking.
Where a supplier charge applies, it is passed through at cost; any remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed once supplier confirmations are received, typically within 7 to 21 working days.
