How advances, balance payments and receipts work for your booking.
A booking advance is required to confirm hotels and services. The balance is payable before departure, on the date stated in your confirmation.
Some hotels, flights and peak-season services require full prepayment at the time of booking; we will tell you in advance when this applies.
Every payment is receipted, and your final invoice lists the inclusions confirmed for your trip.
